Ronald is a professional computer engineer, retired military service member, and the visionary leader behind our STEM educational platforms. He holds a Master of Science in Computer Engineering, alongside Bachelor of Science degrees in Information Technology and Nuclear Engineering Technology. Currently a Ph.D. candidate in Computer Engineering at the University of South Carolina, his advanced research focuses on compiler infrastructure and machine learning code. Drawing on his extensive technical background and disciplined military leadership, Ronald specializes in developing rigorous K-12 STEM curricula and self-hosted, state-of-the-art virtual learning environments that empower students to excel in computer science, nuclear physics, and advanced technical disciplines.

Toya oversees the strategic direction, daily business operations, and client relations for our tutoring programs. With years of experience in small business development activities, and working within the U.S. Army and U.S. Air Force support environment, she ensures our educational services meet the highest standards of operational excellence and corporate compliance. Toya holds a Master of Arts in Public Relations, a Master of Science in Management (Public Administration), a Graduate Certificate in Strategic Business Communication, and a Graduate Certificate in Veterans' Administration, bringing an uncompromised commitment to organizational leadership and seamless, supportive experiences for every family we serve.
